Justin Cilenti, Principal
Mr. Cilenti graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh with a double major in Political Science and Sociology. Thereafter, he received his law degree from Pace University School of Law where he earned the privilege of serving as an Articles Editor of the Pace International Law Review.
Prior to co-founding Cilenti & Cooper, PLLC, Mr. Cilenti was associated with large and mid-size law firms in the metropolitan area where he represented a wide variety of clients, from individuals to major international corporations. His practice concentrated on complex commercial litigation in a broad range of legal disciplines, including labor and employment, insurance, reinsurance, products liability and contracts.
Mr. Cilenti is licensed to practice law before the courts of the States of New York and New Jersey, including the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Peter H. Cooper, Principal
Mr. Cooper graduated with honors from the University of Richmond with a major in Psychology. Thereafter, he received his law degree with honors from Vermont Law School, where he was an Editor of the Vermont Law Review.
Prior to co-founding Cilenti & Cooper, PLLC, Mr. Cooper was associated with the international litigation boutique firm Biedermann, Reif, Hoenig & Ruff, P.C., where he litigated products liability, consumer, employment and insurance matters. He also represented a wide array of clients in the medical and nursing malpractice field. Mr. Cooper is licensed in New York State and the New York Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and has litigated cases before every trial and appellate court in the State of New York, including the State’s highest court, the Court of Appeals.
